Our Spark Resistant or Antistatic Air Line Solutions is perfect to increase efficiency and safety in all compressed air installations.

High flow and energy saving

Our assemblies all come with Stream Line adaptors, plugs and couplers. Our solution has the highest flow on the quick connect coupling market. The high flow means that the coupling requires less compressed air and the compressor can be set at a lower pressure. Resulting in increased efficiency and reduced production time.

Vented Safety function

Our couplers were designed with a vented safety function, it vents the down streaming pressure before disconnection, reducing noise level and eliminating the risk of operator injury caused by recoil. Extreme durability Tests has proven that our product is extremely durable against impacts, vibrations and swiveling in rough work environments.

Antistatic or Spark Resistant Air lines: What is the difference?

Spark-resistant

The air line is resistant to scorching and damage while exposed to sparks in welding or steel cutting environments. Its color is orange.

Spark Resistant Air line Assemblies are available in different types:

• Threaded Air line Assemblies with Adaptor Thread (1/4" BSPT Male, 3/8” BSPT Male, ½” BSPT Male or R 3/43) and the following diameters: 8 x 12 mm, 11 x 16 mm, 13 x 18 mm and 16 x 21 mm
• 310 Profile with the following diameters: 8 x 12 mm and 11 x 16 mm
• 320 Profile with the following diameters: 8 x 12 mm and 11 x 16 mm
• 410 Profile with the following diameters: 11 x 16 mm, 13 x 18 mm and 16 x 21 mm

Antistatic

The electrically conductive hose is made of braided EPDM Rubber that dissipates electro-static discharge and minimizes errant sparks. Its color is grey.

Antistatic Air line Assemblies have all a 8 x 12 mm airline diameter but with different profiles:

• 1/4" BSPT Male
• 320 Profile
• 310 Profile

Dynabrade recommendation on Air line Assemblies and lengths.

Dynabrade Air line assemblies are either 3 or 6 meters long. For proper maintenance of our tools, we always recommend lubricating them. Over 6 meters long, the air lube is not able to reach correctly the tool in the air line.
